You are seated, and Karyn is facing you. You discuss topics you have chosen, whether general or more personal.

Karyn intervenes by placing her hands on your upper body, without massaging you.

She may also place her hands on your legs, ankles, or feet.

Your body and mind may experience various reactions such as tingling, a feeling of lightness, a sensation of a current flowing through your body, or strong emotions.

It is also possible that you may not feel anything in particular.

To receive this energy healing session, you are required, without exception:

WOMEN and MEN

• to be fully clothed;

• to wear long-sleeved clothing on your upper body; 

• to wear pants;

• to wear clean socks that have not been worn before the session;

• to not display any religious symbols: no jewelry, clothing, or head covering;

• to have proper hygiene: hair and body clean on the day of the session;

• to have not consumed alcohol;

• to not have smoked or consumed illicit substances or substances that impair your behavior;

• to not have taken any tranquilizers that impair your decision-making and understanding.

Karyn's voice is also a means of harmonization.

Her session can last up to one hour.

Some people prefer to receive treatment on a massage table, which they may have.

It is perfectly possible to receive the intervention this way.

You will be lying down, and there will be little to no interaction.

The conditions for this type of intervention are identical to those for a face-to-face session. There are no exceptions.
